SHIPPING INFORMATION
Online orders are shipped from our logistics partner in Hong Kong. Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We use FedEx, SF Express, and Speedpost for our shipments and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the goods are collected by the forwarder or carrier, specifically when the shipment leaves our warehouse. The shipping terms and conditions of FedEx, SF Express, and Speedpost apply. Please note that certain countries may impose restrictions on specific product categories.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Costs vary based on the size, weight, shipping method, and destination of the order. Customers may choose between standard and express delivery where available.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is offered for orders above the following minimum purchase amounts:
Hong Kong: HKD 500
Taiwan: TWD 4,000
Rest of the world: USD 250

SHIPPING TIME
Hong Kong: 2–4 business days
China / Taiwan / Southeast Asia / Korea / Japan: 4–7 business days
Rest of the world (Standard): 7–14 business days
Rest of the world (Express): 5–7 business days

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient (customer) is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country. Failure to pay these fees may result in customs holding or returning the parcel.
RETURN OF PARCEL DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS FEES
If a shipment is returned to us because required customs duties or taxes were not paid, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any handling or administrative fees. Customs authorities decide whether to return or hold a parcel, and any fees arising from this process will be charged to the customer.
REFUNDS OR RESHIPMENT
If the customer wishes to have the order resent, all outstanding charges must be settled, including the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and administrative or handling fees. No refund will be issued for the original shipping cost if the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees.
ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
If the customer refuses to pay the required fees and the parcel is discarded or abandoned by customs, no refund or replacement will be provided.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping and customs terms.
