SHIPPING INFORMATION

Online orders are shipped from our logistics partner in Hong Kong.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
For our shipments we use FEDEX/ SF EXPRESS/ SPEEDPOSTt and cannot deliver to APO/ FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are collected by a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave of the warehouse.
The terms and conditions of DHL/ TNT/ SF Express/ Speedpost will apply. These can be found at FEDEX/ SF EXPRESS/ SPEEDPOST

Regarding On Customs Duties & Taxes Responsibility

  1. Customs Duties & Taxes Responsibility

    • The recipient (customer) is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

    • Failure to pay these fees may result in the parcel being held by customs or returned to the sender.

  2. Return of Parcel Due to Unpaid Customs Fees

    • If the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping fees and any additional handling charges.

    • Customs authorities determine whether a parcel is returned, and any fees incurred during this process will be charged to the customer.

  3. Refund or Reshipment

    • If the customer wishes to have the order resent, they must first settle all outstanding fees (original shipping, return shipping, and any administrative charges).

    • No refund will be issued for the original shipping cost if the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees.

  4. Abandoned Shipments

    • If the customer refuses to pay the required fees and the parcel is abandoned or disposed of by customs, no refund or replacement will be provided.

  5. Customer Acknowledgment

    • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding customs fees and return shipments.
