Please note: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong and U.S. public holidays. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Processing times may be longer during special releases, public holidays, and sale periods.
- Online orders are shipped from our Hong Kong Shipping Hub
- Unless otherwise agreed, shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- For our shipments, we use SF Express (Hong Kong, Macau, China & Taiwan) and standard international carriers for the rest of the world
- We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
- The risk shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are collected by a forwarder or carrier, in any case when they leave the warehouse.
